She graduated in conducting from the Krakow Academy of Music (under Professor Rafał Jacek Delekta) and in organ (under Professor Józef Serafin). She also studied in Graz (Austria) under the direction of Martin Sieghart. She has conducted the philharmonic orchestras of Krakow and Olsztyn, as well as smaller ensembles in Poland and abroad (among others in Germany and Austria). She was an assistant conductor of the Krakow Opera and has worked at the Krakow Academy of Music, where she taught reading scores, led a contemporary music ensemble and assisted with leading the symphony orchestra. She has twice received a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture. She organised and conducted concerts by the Temporanea Orchestra (including music for silent films, Karłowicz’s songs – recompositions, a concert with choreography). She works with the Cracow Improvisers Orchestra and specializes in contemporary music of which she has performed many premieres. She is currently working on a doctorate devoted to the conducting of contemporary songs.
